Our History

Future of Music started with a simple idea: to give young people the tools and skills to build their own futures. Our founder, Aereon Robinson, used his passion for music and business to create opportunities for himself as a teenager. Now, he and the team at Future of Music are committed to giving other youth the same chance to explore their talents in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Commitment

We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to find their passion and develop skills for a successful career. Our programs are designed to be accessible and engaging, providing hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. We are dedicated to fostering creativity, building confidence, and preparing youth for the real world.

The Power of a Youth-Led Nonprofit

June 10, 2025 | By Qwentin Blassingame

As the founder of The Young CEO Launchpad and its CreatorLaunch program, I often get asked: "Why a youth-led nonprofit?" The answer is simple yet profound: true empowerment begins when young people are not just beneficiaries, but active architects of their own future.

Beyond Traditional Education: Learning by Doing

Traditional education is crucial, but it often stops short of providing the hands-on, real-world experience necessary for true entrepreneurial growth. A youth-led nonprofit like ours bridges this gap. We don't just teach theory; we provide the tools and mentorship for young people to do. They learn by designing, launching, selling, and earning—experiencing the entire business cycle in a safe, risk-free environment.

Authenticity and Relevance

Who better to understand the needs and aspirations of young creators than young people themselves? Our team ensures that CreatorLaunch remains authentic and relevant. This built-in understanding allows us to create programs that truly resonate with our target audience, fostering a sense of ownership and community that traditional models often struggle to achieve.

Cultivating Future Leaders

The impact of a youth-led nonprofit extends far beyond the immediate program outcomes. By placing leadership in the hands of young adults, we are actively cultivating the next generation of social innovators, business leaders, and community builders. These are not just business skills; they are life skills that will empower them in any path they choose.
