Our Goals

  • Serve at least 15 mentees per year in the St. Louis region through one-on-one mentorship.
  • Achieve a 15% average increase in academic performance among mentees, measured through self-reported grades and study habits.
  • See a 10% increase in mentees’ interest in entrepreneurship, measured through pre- and post-program surveys.
  • Strengthen mentees’ confidence, leadership, and goal-setting skills through regular mentorship sessions and reflection surveys.
